Terms of use
These terms describe how the public trade-risk guides on Trado Asia may be used.
Information service
The site provides general educational material about supplier files, purchase orders, invoices, payments, shipment records, and import preparation. Access does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, or legal relationship.
No legal or customs advice
The guides are not legal advice, customs rulings, tax advice, sanctions clearance, product-safety approval, or a substitute for instructions from a qualified broker, lawyer, laboratory, regulator, insurer, or other specialist.
User responsibility
Readers remain responsible for checking current rules, source dates, product facts, supplier identity, contract terms, and the records used for a specific transaction. A checklist reduces missed questions; it does not remove commercial or regulatory risk.
Accuracy and liability
Reasonable care is taken to connect guidance to cited sources and practical records, but information can become outdated or may not fit every jurisdiction or product. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties and Trado Asia is not liable for decisions made solely from its general content.
Permitted use
Readers may link to and quote short portions with attribution. Republishing substantial portions, presenting the material as professional clearance, or using automated access in a way that disrupts the service is not permitted.
